    Peranzana, that probably cames from France and therefore the name “ Provenzale “. Crispy, bitter and tasty, you can find it on the best tables of the world, required and desired by all as every olive worthy of respect. We collect it at the end of autumn and soon we immerse it in water and salt from the nearly Margherita di Savoia saltworks . Nothing else! You can taste it with one our scaldatello or with a piece of parmigiano reggiano.
